 PORTUGAL   -   Water World 

Context

• Familiarization with national and local environmental issues

• Focusing on water management issues:

• Overfishing of fish

• Rising sea levels

• Water pollution

• Consumption of fresh water

• Using underwater drones to analyze water pollution in different locations (canal, sea)

• Analysis of data (weekly) on fresh water consumption in students' homes, school and selected institutions

• Meeting with specialist(s) dealing with these issues and ordinary users of water resources in the

area (scientists, fishermen, gondoliers, residents) - panel discussion with community participation.

During the first day of this activity, partner from Portugal will train the students in terms of water drones

drones. The rest of the TPM will be more practical - students with a specialist will be measuting,

comparing and analysing the level of water pollution.

During the last day students will prepare some profile of acquired data and present it during the pannel

discussion
